Cleaning Questions:
Q: How many housekeepers do you send to clean my house?
A: We send one maid for smaller jobs and send teams of two to larger jobs.
Q: Do I need to provide supplies or will you the service teams bring them?
A: Our maids will bring all of their own supplies and equipment.
Q: What type of cleaning solutions do the maids use?
A: We only use professional cleaning products: typically that will include heavy-duty cleaners, multi-function disinfectant, glass cleaner, and professional wood/floor cleaner, and tub and toilet cleaner.
Q: Can I have the maids clean with my own supplies if my furniture or flooring require special cleaners?
A: Yes, we will be happy to clean with any special cleaner or solution that you might needed if provided by you.
Q: Can I have the maids vacuum with my own equipment?
A: Yes, we can clean with your own vacuum equipment but cannot be held responsible if your vacuum cleaner causes any damage.
Q: Does the “pet charge” include cleaning up my dog’s poop or pee or my cat’s litter Box?
A: NO, the pet charge is the added time needed to clean up animal hair. Our maids do not clean feces, urine, vomit or blood.
**For health reasons, our maids will not clean blood, feces, vomit or urine from animals or humans.
Billing and Pricing Questions
Q: What forms of payments are accepted?
A:
Q: When do you charge my credit card?
A: For first time customer or one time cleanings we required that the all services are prepaid. If you are a recurring customer than we charge your credit card the day of the cleaning once all work is completed.
Q: How much notice do I need to give to change or cancel an appointment?
A: You need to change/cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. If your change/cancellation is less than 24 hours notice, we will charge a $20-40 late cancellation fee.
Q: Will I be penalized if I set up reoccurring service but stop before I complete the required service visits?
A: No, you are not “penalized” but you will be subject to our regular pricing without the discount given for setting up reoccurring service.
Appointment Time & Scheduling Questions:
Q: How do I request an appointment time?
A: We do not set appointment times however we do allow you to specify a time range when you set up service.
Q: I need to be home when the maids are cleaning, is there any way possible to set an appointment time?
A: We will do our best to accommodate you just contact our customer service representative for details.
Q: Will the same team always come to clean my home?
A: We try to end the same maid team most of the time but there are certain unforeseen circumstances that may arise where another maid team is sent to your home.
Q: Can I change my schedule date of service for reoccurring service?
A: Yes you can contact the office or do it online.
“Key” Questions
Q: How do the maids enter my home?
A: Leave us a key and tell us where it will be placed during the initial sign-up process.
Q: Can you keep a copy of my key so I don’t have to hide it or leave my house unlocked?
A: Sure, we are happy to keep a copy of your key and store it in our lock box at office.
